Dr. Zodelia Williams DSW, LMSW
Founder/Executive Director
Dr. Zodelia Williams, DSW, LMSW, affectionately known as Dr. Zoe, is the Founder/ Executive Director of 3 D’s Aftercare Inc, and 3 D’s Community Empowerment Center
Dr. Zoe celebrated the opening of 3 D’s Empowerment Center I & II in Baldwin, NY in 2018. The Centers are designed to empower children through programs that promote higher self-esteem, a greater sense of self-worth and an understanding of responsibility. The Center provides STREAM (science, reading, technology, engineering, arts, math) initiatives, afterschool services that are open until midnight, summer camp, ESL classes, workshops and community programming. Dr. Zoe developed signature programs such as The Teen Parents that Rocks, Teen Café, Middle School Mingle, Aged Like Fine Wine 55+ Club, Dash and Zoey, to meet the needs of community members. Family-style meals, life skills training, social emotional learning, conflict resolution, mental health counseling, peer mentoring and cultural enrichment are essential program components.
Dr. Zoe has been recognized for her humanitarian service and innovation by several organizations. Most notably, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc, Iota Theta Zeta Chapter, 2022 Zeta of the Year award, she received the Nassau Central Club Businesswoman/Community Service award, she was featured on all the Nice Busses in Nassau County as one of their Black History African American Heroes in 2021. Dr Zoe is also one Amazon’s Best-Selling Authors. She co-authored “Sistah Hooded,” an anthology, with the goal of lifting the voices of Black Women Pursuing Doctoral Degrees.
Clarence Cunny
Board President
Clarence Cunny received Bachelors of Science in Business Management and Finance from CUNY Brooklyn College and is currently working as a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. A strong advocate for social efficacy, coaching and empowerment, Clarence involves his community in providing youth and families with the tools and opportunities to become their best selves. He was recently elected to President and is looking to make a positive impact on the board and in the community at large through the careful management and execution of dynamic strategic initiatives to forward the ideals of 3Ds Aftercare Inc.


Rahsmia Zatar
Treasurer
Rahsmia N. Zatar is an accomplished professional with 15 years of management experience, including 12 years as an Executive Director. She holds a Master of Social Work from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hofstra University. Rahsmia is a Licensed Master Social Worker, a license she obtained in August 2012.

Since June 2011, she has served as the Executive Director for S.T.R.O.N.G. Youth, Inc. in Uniondale, NY. In this role, she has been responsible for overseeing all programs, administering operational policies, and ensuring compliance with funding sources. Her achievements as Executive Director include increasing the organization's annual budget by 500% and facilitating the purchase of a 5000-square-foot headquarters.​
Rahsmia is knowledgeable in intake assessment, case management, and conflict resolution, and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Her post-masters training includes Professional Community Intervention Training, La Cultura Cura, and Moral Recognition Therapy. She has also held positions as a Program Coordinator, Project Coordinator, and Program Director/Social Worker
Terrance McLaughlin, AIM, MBA
Member
Terence McLaughlin is a graduate from Stony Brook University. He holds an MBA from Dowling College and obtained paralegal certification from Adelphi University. He serves on the Executive Board of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc., Mu Delta Sigma Chapter and the National Pan Hellenic Council, both Nassau and Suffolk counties. He is also author and song writer.


Darcel Jones
Member
Darcel Jones is an experienced community leader and financial services professional with a strong commitment to youth development and equitable access to resources. With over 10 years of leadership in the banking industry, she brings valuable expertise in financial literacy, organizational development, and community partnership building.In her role as a Branch Leader, Darcel has led numerous initiatives focused on empowering underserved communities through financial education, mentorship, and small business support. Her ability to build trust, mobilize resources, and guide strategic growth directly supports the mission of expanding afterschool opportunities for children and families.Darcel’s deep understanding of community needs and her passion for creating generational impact make her a vital contributor to the organization’s vision and long-term sustainability.
Iris Mack
Member
Iris Mack is a dedicated Registered Nurse with clinical experience at Bellevue Hospital, Elmhurst Hospital, Henry J. Carter Nursing facility, and South Brooklyn Health Hospital. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from the Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) in December 2024 and passed the NCLEX-RN in June 2025. Iris also holds a Bachelor's in Science of Finance from SUNY Old Westbury (May 1994) and has extensive previous experience in finance, having worked at Citigroup from 1997 to the present. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and holds certifications in Basic Lifesaving (BLS), IV therapy infusion, and Child abuse NYS.
