MEET THE EXECUTIVE BOARD
Dr. Zodelia Williams, DSW, LMSW

Founder/Executive Director
Dr. Zodelia Williams, DSW, LMSW, affectionately known as Dr. Zoe, is the Founder/ Executive Director of 3 D’s Aftercare Inc, 3 D’s Empowerment Circle, LLC and 3 D’s Community Empowerment Center. Having adopted the name Modern Day Harriet Tubman, Dr. Zoe believes that all children have the right to be free from circumstances or challenges that hinder their development. She is dedicated to encouraging children and giving them the tools to make their dreams come true. Her lived experiences with challenges and triumphs as a single parent of three are sources of motivation and inspiration.
Dr. Zoe’s commitment to understanding, uplifting, equipping and empowering others is evident through her multiple social work and public service roles. She is currently serving her 18th year as a NYC Department of Education Pre-K Social Worker. Additionally, she is a Girl Scout Co-Leader for Troop 2305; a Nurturing Parent Program Facilitator; ABA provider for children diagnosed with autism; Home Care Provider for the elderly; Scholarship Committee Chair for Nassau/Suffolk Association of Black Social Workers; Community Liaison for the Nominating Committee of the Child Care Council of Nassau County; Member of the District Attorney's African American Advisory Council and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc
On November 23, 2018, Dr. Zoe celebrated the opening of 3 D’s Empowerment Center in Baldwin, NY. The Center is designed to empower children through programs that promote higher self-esteem, a greater sense of self-worth and an understanding of responsibility. The Center offers mentoring, parent support (parenting programs; bereavement groups), tutoring, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, math) initiatives, afterschool until midnight, summer camp, life skills training and social emotional learning. Dr. Zoe developed all of 3 D’s programs to meet the needs of both parents and children. Mentoring, peer support, academic and cultural enrichment are essential program components.
The work, passion and heart of Dr. Zodelia Williams affirms believing in one’s purpose, overcoming adversity and contributing to the well-being of individuals, families and communities. She is guided by her Christian values and sense of responsibility to her children, Dwight (DjFlow), Danielle and Daria (the 3Ds)and grandchildren, Denim and Dexte.
Dr. Audrey Kirkland

Board President
Dr. Audrey Kirkland obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Long Island University. She is currently employed as a Senior Physical Therapist for the NYC Department of Education, she provides Early Intervention for children 0-3 years and she is an Independent Consultant for The World Class International Health and Wellness Company, Arbonne.
Ramondy Thermidor, MBA

Board Vice President
Ramondy Thermidor is currently the Administrator for the Department of Neurology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She holds Masters degree in Business Administration. She was one of the co-founders of two employee resource networks at MSK and co-lead The Black, Latino, Asian and Multiracial (BLAM) ERN from 2013-2016. Ramondy is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE).
